Not to get anyones hopes up and this is my own suspicion but Abby is the only major airshow during the second weekend of August next year so I think there's a high chance of us getting them. Furthermore while looking at the airshow calendar it looks very possible they'll start in the west.

So with the show just days away, is the airshow going to publicly clarify what is going on with the F-15 in the NORAD formation? I realize it's a tricky, damned if you do, damned if you don't situation, and they may be leery of a decline in attendance, but isn't it their responsibility to announce ...

Airshowhawk, I believe it was you who said there was a few more announcements and one might be a tanker. is this still the case or are we looking at the final list?

The F-15's potentially not coming is a huge blow imo. I was looking forward to the NORAD flyby the most and if the F-15 isn't in it then that will really be a shame but I do hope abby goes ahead with the flyby. I'm staying cautiously optimistic that they can get a replacement with so many F-15 bases...

It's almost always VFA-122 in years we have the TAC Demo however since we don't have the TAC Demo this year and it doesn't look like VFA-122 is doing many shows so I think it'll be a different squadron. It would be nice if it was from Oceana but they'll likely be a Lemoore. As for us getting VFA-151...

I can't even begin to guess what they could be but it's nice to see a few more American assets coming.
