Wishful thinking or do you have a source?

Rob Holland is making his return after a 5 year absence. 2018 is already looking good, and I love that the airshow site, and social media platforms are being updated. Let the airshow talk begin :D

Just to build on the confirmation of Rob Holland returning, Abbotsford has also confirmed that we will see the return of Greg Colyer in his T-33 (no longer tentative). Other additions include Gary Rower in his Stearman and Dan Buchanan.

*Editted* On another note, I read that the Navy static display limits have been lifted for 2018!

Great news, does the USAF still have static restrictions? We never did figure out why the second A-10 was parked in no-mans land this year.

I haven't heard. Would be nice to get back to the days of 10+ Heavies though!

Seasons greetings to all! I hope everyone enjoys the holidays and has a happy New Year!

It is great to already see activity on the Abbotsford Airshow website. Hopefully they continue to keep the website updated as accurately as they can.

Things are already looking great and I am looking forward to 2018!

Also with any luck, we'll see the first Fat Albert show in Abbotsford in 24 years (if my math is correct)

I think you are right and it’s almost hard to believe. 1994 would be the last year we saw Fat Albert at Abbotsford. If memory serves me correct, in 2003 Fat Albert had to make an emergency landing enroute to Abbotsford from Seattle because of some sort of technical problem and didn’t fly in the show.
