Interesting. Now I've heard both Monday and Tuesday for the Blue Angels arrival. I guess I may be doing a lot of sitting on Huntington on Monday and Tuesday.

As the construction and setting up of the Grandstand is still the early stages, it’s hard to say how badly things will be obstructed just yet. There’s still quite a lot of work to be done.

I will provide some better insight in the coming days once everything is in place.

Looks like the B-17 cancelled according to their website. Stops in Kamloops and Victoria cxl'd as well.

Thanks! I am now considering getting runway seats. Took a screen shot of the video I saw of it on facebook.

I was afraid that might happen. Maintenance issues had canceled the earlier portion of the tour and Abbotsford was to be the first stop once the schedule resumed. Any minor delay in the maintenance schedule would lead to Abby being canceled and it would seem that has happened. Too bad....

I want to say they've come from NAS Lemoore (California) before (thinking VFA-151 Vigilantes might've been here last year, or perhaps VFA-122 Strike Eagles), but I'm not 100% certain. There'll likely be others on this forum who will know for sure.

Usually, but not always, VFA-122.

It's almost always VFA-122 in years we have the TAC Demo however since we don't have the TAC Demo this year and it doesn't look like VFA-122 is doing many shows so I think it'll be a different squadron. It would be nice if it was from Oceana but they'll likely be a Lemoore.

As for us getting VFA-151's CAG last year, that was loaned to VFA-122 for the TAC Demo so we've only had really had -122 in recent years. I'm not sure what Abby's got pre-2012.
