Is there any way of knowing which jets are going to fire off flares and when? So don't want to miss that!

Flares are mostly released over the land to the north of the airfield. If you watch for any of the home team climbing over that area you’ll catch them.

Looks like Nellis is finally updating their website with performers.

The F-22 listed looks like it was replaced with an F-35 demo now.

Anyone have experience with media credentials at the show? My main concern is getting my cameras in but I'm also curious if I'm able to avoid the shuttle buses and stuff. Is media allowed in on Friday?

German P-3 demo disappeared like a fart in the wind. Maybe it'll be there for static hopefully?

Interesting about the F-22/F-35 swap....was hoping for both. Either way, the combined arms demo is where it's at for me.

The aggressors usually fly in the Nellis capabilities demo ( air to air). Friday practice is closed to the public (media and military are allowed I believe), but you can watch off site at either Cheyenne Ave or by the Las Vegas Motor Speedway

Does anyone know if the Combined Arms Demonstration Nellis rescue helicopters and personnel the same as the Nellis air-to-air capabilities (aggressors, flares) performance?
