Yes, WRAITH will be an F-16 aggressor painted in black with red stencil (see photo rendering). Ghost was the most recent paint scheme for an aggressor before this one came about. Last I heard from the 57th Wing Commander was Ghost wouldn’t fly, but would be on static. That was a couple months ago when I heard that so the info about it flying is probably more current. When I first saw it painted up, I was hoping it would be in the demo.

Word is that the Lambo is racing the Vampire not the Wraith

Dang! Although I was happy to see the Vampire is performing. I've seen several performers listed online other places that aren't on the Nellis website. Wonder where they'll fit in. Also interesting to see the static list has completely disappeared from the page.

But I thought I read on the Nellis FB page, it said "ready to see Wraith at Aviation Nation?" So, I we expect to see it....I hope!!!!

Rumor has it that the recently retired Julie Clark will be performing on Sunday only.

I really hope Wraith still flies. I have no idea what changed the race but I was a little surprised to see it mentioned as part of that. Usually those are done by civilians it seems. If I had to guess, I'd say they didn't get the final approval for it from above and had to switch to the Vampire. They may still fly Wraith in the airpower demo or something else like that.

Here's an idea - aggressor power hour with low approaches by each one!!

Did they cancel the F-35 demo and change it to heritage flight only? If so, what a bummer. No single jet demo this year for Nellis is a new one for a long time.At least we get an F-22 fly by. Hopefully we get a few passes

With 40 min allowed for the HF with the F35 it's a for sure demo then HF.
