Trying to plan my time off request from work.
If you become a CIAS Insider, they give you a daily schedule the day of the show. As for practice day, in the past it's been 11-2. Check TFRs and NOTAMs to double check.

Side note: At Chicago the Red Arrows did not fly a practice show on Friday and did a short site survey Saturday morning. Not sure if this is the norm or not.

Maybe @Adam or @Flightline Uk can shed more light on this!

I can try, Dan! Certainly in Europe it's normal for them not to practice or survey. While the Thunderbirds/Blue Angels typically only fly at one show per week, and can set up base there for a few days, the Red Arrows often displays at two venues per day - sometimes 4-5 different venues in any given week - and it'd be impractical to practice at every single one. On their Asia/Pacific tour they tended not to practice at each venue either, they're clearly quite comfortable with performing a public display somewhere that they haven't seen before. But I guess in North America, they're on new turf, so they may do things a bit differently.

All Red Arrows display venues will have been surveyed well in advance by members of the team support staff/RAF Police - much of this work for the tour was being done last year (which is how the UK shows found out about the tour). It is rare for the team to fly site recces and rehearsals as during a normal season they often have four or five display venues a week.

I'll assume these are just fly bys by probably a couple of Bagottville birds like a couple of years ago when the demo crashed and was unable to perform.Still got to hand it to the CIAS this year they have done a really good job.

Need to talk those CF-18's down to Cleveland for some fly bys.

Agreed. Better looking line-up then the last few years, especially getting non demo team aircraft to perform. Pretty excited to see the Cyclone too!

Best show they've put on in years and I'm going to miss it.I'll still be happy at Cleveland but seeing the Red Arrows would have been nice again.I'll drown my sorrows in the F-35 demo

Excellent news that there's a CF-18, even if not the demo it's just not the CIAS without the CF-18!
