Well, the picture they have with that teaser is a cockpit photo of the T-X, so could be maybe they are flying the T-X there also? But yeah, on the same day as the Red Arrow announcement. Glad to hear either way.

It’s a BaE Hawk cockpit, the canopy and the center stick give it away. The T-X is a side stick control system.

I had a feeling they'd end up with the Red Arrows. Going to be a tough decision between going overnight to this or trying to make a day trip to see the Arrows in Chicago. This was a great show and setting last year (in spite of the cold!) and I would love to go back if I can make it work. Plenty of jets this year and they usually come through with an interesting mix of warbirds too.

So where’s the best place to sit for this show? I’m not looking to do photography, I’m just looking for the best area to see and enjoy the show. I wasn’t sure if general admission would be good enough or do I need to purchase the Flight Line Club seating? Any info or advice will be appreciated since I’m flying in from South Carolina.

Last time i was at the show we sat at show left, seemed like being over there it was less crowded.
