is there a schedule for arrivals? do they usual make a pass or two or are arrivals pretty uneventful?
There's not usually a schedule for arrivals; there was a user on FenceCheck named Iceman who tended to have some info but haven't seen him here yet.
The fighter jets tend to make a pass or two - at least from what I've seen the past few years. The heavies usually just land.

Yep, the fighters do passes 90% of the time. The F-35's did 2 flybys, then landed last year.

But if they do a pass it's usually quite high up and not too exciting and is usually the break to land

Well the F-35 has stubby wings and the Dutch pilots may be wearing wooden shoes??

Thx to the previous replies
I am hoping to catch the A10 and B1 arrivals. Where is the best place to catch the arrivals, main parking lot, Huntingdon road, other?
Any tips or arrival time info much appreciated.

Generally the arrival day spot is Huntington Rd towards the west end of the runway. I would recommend moving to the east of the main runway for departures though.
On arrivals, if you coast down Huntington on the west end you will reach a point right before the turn off to Liberator Ave (the road to enter the main airport terminal) where a lot of people gather with cameras and even ladders. I'm sure some of you on this forum know exactly what I'm talking about. We definitely envy your vantage points on those ladders!

Thx. I've only been to Abby twice but it know where you are talking about. Hopefully there are some posts closer to the show with ballpark times for arrivals.
With no more fence check is this the place to be?

Indeed, this is the best place to go, since Fencecheck closed, and I see quite a few from that site have joined up on here.

In regards to the A-10, considering we already have the F-16 and the F-35 Heritage Flight, the A-10 demo team will likely not be attending. In years past we have been blessed with multiple ACC demo teams due to other event cancellations that happened at the ideal time and location (2006 we had the F-15E and F-16 was added to the lineup near the show date) but it's not 2006 anymore and the USAF has a different policy when it comes to airshow demos.
The static aircraft will not be demo aircraft and will probably be from the AFRC.
I've been asking those with more knowledge about the "NORAD Demo" and from what I've been told work is still in progress in making it happen. We won't hear much more about that until later on this month I would imagine.
