We are still trying to figure out if the F-15 and F-16 are doing air to air to ground demos. Or just separate demos. If you have any questions let me know.

Hi all,

I'm coming over from The Netherlands to visit this airshow.

I noticed the prohibited items on the following website:

http://www.nellis.af.mil/Air-Show/

Does this mean that I can't bring my Lowepro Vertex 200 AW camera bag into the showground? I'm hauling various lenses and camera's so its almost impossible to to do this without the camera bag.

Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the question. If the camera bag is at or below 21 inches long, 10 inches wide, 10 inches deep you should not have a problem about bringing it in. I would limit the amount of things in the bag if you can. Another option is get there EARLY and ask if you can bring it if not bring it back to your car and do what you want to do then. The security at these events are very strict. Best of luck and safe travels. If you have anymore questions let me know!

Any chance of some Bomber demos? specifically the B-1? Also I heard a rumor the Dutch F-35 guys want to do a demo.

Thanks for the question! Well, honestly time will tell with the bombers. No official announcement has been made about any bombers attending this show. If any bombers do come I think it would be announced a couple weeks or even days before the show. I think if the B-1 did attend I think it would just be a flyby but you never know. As for the Dutch F-35's, I have not heard anything about that happening. I will let you know if any announcements are made. If you have anymore questions let me know.

Just to be clear, are you saying that as someone affiliated with the show, or just a fan who is following closely?

Yeah there's definitely no problem with fans helping spread info to each other, that's the whole point of this place! Some of your posts came off as if you were actually part of the show, and I was confused. I'd hate for people to think your posts are official statements is all

Some nice additions.

The Nellis website still lists last year's performers and statics. Just out of curiosity, where are you seeing these announcements? I know performers are easy, as they mostly have their own schedules, but statics are usually announced by the show itself. Just wondering. I need to decide if I should go broke and attend again this year lol ;)
