It's funny how an act can push things over the top. Last week I was lamenting how pedestrian this years' airshow was, and how there wasn't much new. With the addition of a dual Eagle display, there's plenty of new things to see and tons of grey metal taking to the skies.

Hopefully the Eagles do a demo similar to the Austrian Air force QRA. Two typhoons intercept a C-130.
Wonder if they'll intercept each other or use a 3rd unknown plane.

The idea is that Friday the Portland Eagles will be on static. Not sure what the plan is for Sat/Sun - they could end up on the hotline those days.
As far as the demo is concerned I’m really hoping there’s a lot more burner action with climbs and not just flybys atypical of past NORAD displays.

May want to scratch the Spitfire from coming. It unfortunately had an accident this week and may not be fixed before the show.
