Bit worried about the high possibility of rain on saturday...

Yeah, I checked the weather at the beginning of the week or even 10 days out. It was looking good for Saturday...but kept checking, it went from mostly sunny to mostly cloudy, to 40% chance of rain....arrrrrggggg!!!!
Well, if it remains cloudy, that might help with backlit and not getting cooked in the sun.
We'll have to wait and see on the weather.

Yeah it’s only supposed to rain at 4:00 which is after the show anyway. I’m glad it won’t be backlit at least

All I would say is this:

Please do NOT blame the airshow or performers.

The military has to conserve fiscal resources.

Most folks - not any of us - won't come out for a civilian-only show.

The shutdown is thanks to Congressional dysfunction.
