Not only will you get to see "Panchito" perform at the airshow this August, but you'll also get an opportunity to go for a ride in it.

Details can be found here: http://airshowny.com/b-25/

The F-15 that will be on static is an F-15C Eagle from the Massachusetts ANG at Barnes ANGB.

I stand corrected! They never did specify on their post

Is there a map of the layout there at all and does anyone have a Photo Pit ticket they're looking to sell? Thanks!

The Thunderbird F-16 will probably be the USAF Recruiting prop that the USAF takes to many sites. I doubt it will be one of their active jets.

The F-15 will probably be one from the 104 FW of the Massachusetts ANG. They have been there several times.

Surprised the Vermont ANG will not bring one of their F-16's. They have been there several times.

I hope the show does not "hide" some of the statics in the "Premium Seating" area. Last year both Growlers were on static in the "Premium Seating" area and regular ticket holders could not go to see them. One of the airshow staff mentioned "the Growler looks just like the Super Hornet" (referring to the fact that VFA-22 had a Super Hornet on static in the general area). We know the Growler is NOT a Super Hornet.

I told the airshow staff "I don't want your food or seats. I just want to see the Growlers". They did not let me see the Growlers.

The Premium Seating area is usually off to show left. They will not let you in unless you hold premium tickets (not even to take a look at any statics that might be there).

Blue Angels staged from the crowd line last time they were there. (Thunderbirds have never been at crowd line when they fly from Stewart.)

F-35 will hopefully stage from crowd line, but last time they were there for the Heritage Flight, they were off to show right in an area the airshow staff did not allow spectators to set up at crowd line.

I doubt the Red Arrows will be at crowd line, but maybe they will be instead of Blue Angels.

Most of the performers stage very far from crowd line and are not visible while on the ground.

There is very little ramp area in front of crowd line at Stewart. The crowd line is very, very long, but not much ramp area. The static display area is rather narrow compared to other shows.

Hope the airshow staff encourages the Department of Homeland Security Police to be gentler and nicer to airshow attendees. Last year we encountered some "unpleasant" DHS Police. Stewart is an active commercial airport and has lots of DHS Police.
