Zak, have you guys heard if Edwards AFB is cancelled in 2024? Someone posted ICAS removed it from their calendar.

Our schedule will be changing quite a bit. A show or two has switched to pyro only and Tora planes/pyro will be adding and removing a few shows too. Keep your eyes peeled for after ICAS.

Tora is not aerobatic so the box doesn't matter, probably just comes down to show planning. Oshkosh has plenty of options to fill the void, so no need to drop that kind of money

That is correct. Our aerobatic box isn't really any bigger than the normal warbird show. A full Tora show is an expensive act. 8-10 planes that need gas and oil, a support crew of up to 40 when you count the pyro team and pilots, and the amount of explosives needed is quite large. Since Oshkosh already has one of the largest gathering of WWII aircraft that regularly perform during the week, they don't always see the need to spend the extra money to fly our full team in on top of all of that. The special occasions when they do bring the full show in means we have to double the number of pyro crew because we have to present a full Tora show worth of pyro on top of whatever else Oshkosh air boss's want us to do for the show.
