Lovely summary and photos of your time at RIAT. I completely agree about your comments regarding some of the comment RIAT has received from various social media/forums - some of it is just completely toxic and good proportion of it totally unfounded. People seem incapable of accepting times have changed. The 1990's and early 2000's are gone never to be repeated. Yes, RIAT 2019 was not the best ever not the most memorable Tattoo. Other events may have a more exotic participant or two and may be more enjoyable weekends. But in the context of the ever changing world in 2019 it was still a season highlight for its depth and scale. Is any other event going to be better that line-up of aircraft/air arms this year?
