ICAS site now lists Pete McLeod as a performer this year, as well as the Heritage Flight Foundation. Don't know what they'd bring but this F-86 "demo/heritage flight" would be the likely candidate.

It sounds like you're saying NORAD but thinking NATO. NORAD is limited to the US and Canada. I imagine it will be CF-18s "intercepting" something else and maybe refueling?
