Re: 2022 Aerospace Valley Airshow

Maybe a surprise visit by an F-117 ! I woulden't get my hopes up But that sure would be cool! Like Red Air would even allow that, just think it through. F-117's have had common appearances at ED in the early and late 2000's, but it's been over 13 years and policies have changed, I would doubt it.

Re: 2022 Aerospace Valley Airshow

I see they still ave the MiG 29 on this calendar. Do we have an update? I know it’s been back and forth. Most likely, yes, but concurrently the PAO should be releasing more statements on upcoming details of show to those who have been approved for the "Enhanced Photo Pass" of which I and ...

Re: 2022 Aerospace Valley Airshow

There's something called ear plugs, at an average airshow, the speed regulation and limit is Mach 0.95 that's slightly inching forward to Mach 1, and there's been jets that previously have been pushing that limit at times: Mach 0.97 or 0.98, but the sound barrier traditionally was broken up at high...

Similar lightning to Miramar, however if you have like on the media passes, or photo passes I think they set up photo pits, but don't know.

Photo from Patterson Ave. something you can expect from spotting this aera, last note, Heat Haze shouldn't be an issue all day, that issue typically occurs between June to September. Overall no heat distortion or any haze should effect your shots, if lucky enough, the rain decides to pass through th...
