Does anyone know if I can access the base through a different gate and park closer to the show with my CAC?

Is the P-61 Black Widow a static display only? I haven't heard anything recently about the status of its restoration to flying condition.

Does anyone know what parking will be like, and if a military ID will allow for better parking on base?
