Beautiful day at MacDill AFB! We got in line to get in the MacDill Ave gate at about 7:30 am and were parked and going through security at 8:10 or so. A good mix of statics. Schedules for Friday & Saturday were posted on MacDill's Facebook page. I'll be attending on Friday.

That's certainly a bummer. I knew this would come sometime soon, but I didn't know this would be the last year for the A-10 demo. For the USAF - please make an F-15EX Demo team (or Strike Eagle). Or better yet, have a two-ship Eagle demo team like the Growlers. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. But ...

While I understand that an F-15 demo (Strike Eagle or EX) is unlikely, I'd love to see it. I was not attending airshows when there was an Eagle demo team, and I'm quite bummed at that.

Per MacDill's Facebook post, the BONE will be doing a flyover on Saturday. I'll be attending either Friday or Saturday and it will most likely depend on the weather. I'd prefer to see the B-2 on Friday.
