Re: AirFest 2020 (St. Thomas, Ontario)

It's my understanding from hearing some individuals that this is a static show primarily with some aerial flybys or something. I recommend heading to Waterloo that weekend, looks like St Thomas has essentially finally folded.

Compared to last year's show, the variety and number of aircraft was very, very small. I know we're not in the LIAS glory days with 26 Phantoms, but there was a pittance of ground displ...

Re: Airshow London 2019

It would be great if anyone has a planned arrival log (Is there such a thing? ) to see it up here. If anyone from ASL has any idea what's coming in when, please, PLEASE put it up here. I'm planning on taking a day off work to go out Thursday, but if it's going to be pointless, I'd rather not lose t...

Re: Airshow London 2019

With Hurricane Dorian taking aim at Florida and the SouthEastern parts of the US, I'm preparing for some cancellations so assets can be tasked for clean-up, search and rescuse etc. Was thinking the same. Could also think positive by knowing there's a lot of Florida based aircraft up here now as wel...

Re: Airshow London 2019

How about Creamery Rod on the other end, is that still open for access to park on the side for 33 ops? There is also that side road leading to some houses but I don't know if those are considered private or the owners are cool with spotters using that. Park off to the skide, respect the area and Cr...
