Yikes. always terrible when you see a lot of hard work from volunteers get rained out. I always love this show because they do put on a great show and it's well laid out ...

Pretty strong lineup! Never been - so I assume the show is over the beach and not at an airport? That is correct. All aircraft take off from Cherry Capital Airport, but the show takes place over the south end of West Grand Traverse Bay. Show center is at Open Space Park, but people pack the beaches...

Looks like the Thunderbirds have finally added TC to their schedule......June 29-30.

I agree this is a different type of show, but they usually line up a few good acts every year and it's all at no cost. Was down at MIS yesterday for the race and had the pleasure of seeing four F16's out of Toledo for the National Anthem flyover. The second afterburner pass was possibly the best part of the whole race! :lol: Unfortunately I didn't have the camera with me, and of course the video I took with my phone...
