Man, I gotta get out to a coast (or at least far west or east). All the good jet shows seem to be on either side of the country. Midwest dried up a bit.

You are correct! I've edited the first post with the new details.

I posted some thoughts on the change on our blog a little bit ago:

Man that sucks. I'll be seeing the Blues at Abbotsford and was looking forward to seeing both the Thunderbirds and Blue Angels in the same year.

Less than a week away! The Luke Days Facebook page has posted a layout map that appears to show a bunch of aircraft that are not on the static list and vice versa - does anyone have any inside info on what will actually be there? As mentioned previously and seemingly confirmed by the base PR folks on Facebook, the B-1 and Harrier are out and according to the static list on the website an AC-130 and HH-60 have been added.

I guess it'll have to be a surprise as to which is correct...the map or the static list. I am guessing the map will be more accurate. Looking forward to a great week. Red Flag @ Nellis on Thursday, then Yuma Saturday, and Luke on Sunday. I'm thinking the Joint airfield attack demo will make Luke worth it alone. See ya there.

It looks like they have updated the website with the latest attending aircraft and it closely matches what was shown on the airfield layout. Notable differences from the original list are:
Added: P-8, HH-60, AC-130U
Lost: B-1, AV-8, Drone Display, UH-60, UH-72, AH-64, C-130J, KC-46, T-6

Some of it makes sense - most T-6 II's are currently grounded with oxygen issues and it is not like they would have had a KC-46 anyway as it is not operational. It is a little disappointing though to see all of the Army stuff and drones gone.

Military Statics
