I'm considering this show since dobbins cancelled. Keep us informed! Viper addition helped. Hopefully a few more warbirds and a hornet demo to convince me to travel 6 hours!

I'm officially going to this airshow. I've never seen Tora Tora Tora, so I'm really looking forward to it. Also, I'm hoping the Super Hornet makes an appearance.

Turns out that this show coincides with my vacation! Which way does the crowdline face?

Thanks

To answer my own question... it appears from last year's post and a bit of googling that the crowd line faces north (running parallel to 9-27).... great light thru 1730 or so!

You'll have a good time. I went last year when I happened to be in the Orlando area for work around the time of the show. Last year, almost all of the show aircraft used runway 9/27. If you look at the diagram below, the taxiway labeled X was used as the hot ramp for most of the warbird aircraft. The military aircraft were parked in front of the FBO.

This year's lineup looks a lot better than when I went. One thing that was really underrated to me was the number and quality of static displays from the Valiant Air Command Museum. Lots of cool (and rare) aircraft to look at, including F9F Panther, F-11 Tiger, the NASA Shaped Sonic Boom F-5, H-19 Chickasaw, etc.
