What are the odds we'll see the NX2262Z A-4 Skyhawk fly, or is even still based at the Museum?

Mstares, the A-4C was sold last year to a private collector in Arizona, they've repainted her in Argentine colors. Doug Matthews might take his TA-4J up during media day and possibly during the show. Though we have his T-33, P-51, and or F-86 listed right now on the schedule the TA-4 is hangared in the museum.

Cheers

Just got confirmation we'll be getting a C-5 Galaxy from the 60th Air Mobility Wing at Travis AFB for static. First time the show has ever hosted a C-5. Also got word that the CV-2 Caribou* will be visiting, waiting on some more details before we go official. Looks like a transport heavy year.

NO, not a Turbo Caribou.

The radial engine CV-2B/C-7A Caribou in U.S. Army markings owned by the Cavanaugh Flight Museum.

I'm really looking forward to this show. It'll be my first time attending, and I'll be there at least on Friday (maybe another day, too).

I consider myself a Tico veteran as I’ve attended the show for the past 10 years.
It is a great venue and has many terrific acts. The flight line is super close to viewing areas. One of my favorites, however, they have now changed the date for 2018 and my vacation no longer coincides with the timing. Very disappointed, to say the least.
For all those who can now attend, go! It won’t disappoint!

A few from today's airshow preparations and some early arrivals. Just a little over a week to go.
