2018 Rhode Island Airshow 9-10 June

This year's lineup is a bit less impressive than what they've had scheduled for the past three years, but as we know RI lost their jet team in 2016 and 2017. I'll be making the trip back to the East Coast from Michigan for this one to reconnect with some old friends.

Heard a rumor F16 Viper Demo???

According to the Airshow Facebook page, F-16 Demo Team says they will be at Rhode Island.

Not on Team web site, but I guess it is true if the Team said it.

Looks like the F16 is official now per ACC for Rhode Island as well as the Belmont Stakes on Saturday

I guess the F-35/F-16/P-51 will do the heritage flight after National Anthem at Belmont.

I wonder if they will leave Rhode Island after the Blue Angels land or before.

Best info I have on the Viper at the moment is that Rain will be arriving after the Blues on Friday. It sounds like he's got a demo to fly at Shaw for some kind of event prior to departure on Friday. I'll pass along more info on the Belmont if I'm able to get any ahead of schedule.
