Canadian Forces Snowbirds

Snowbirds 10 and 11 just landed, a bit behind schedule so not sure if the rest of the jets will be late or not.

The full Snowbirds team made it in at 3pm. Also caught the Spitfire (had to go around behind a Cessna and had one wheel hanging down which was weird) and the Skyraider which did an awesome low pass and pitch out - looking forward to seeing that more!

Watched the A-10 team do some low approaches as the sun got low and then later one or more F-18s were flying in. Wish I had been there to get photos on this beautiful evening! If anyone is spotting tomorrow please try to get a bunch of pics of the Snowbird practice!

It looks like they have a demo slot based on the schedule above. If that works out to be the case, you are indeed in for a treat!

Should we be concerned that the only one VFA-122 Hornet is listed. None from VFA-103 and no mention of the F-5?

omg the weather looks perfect.. clear and crisp and no smoke haze like we had all summer! You guys who are all out there get some nice picts of the airshow.. I am kicking myself for not coming this year. The lineup looks pretty sweet!
If the Flybys involve a few maneuvers and steep banks, maybe a flare dump.. I will be really upset for missing this show.

F-5s are here! Might be the best part of the day!
