This is the line up that the city of Chicago is putting out.
There is a F/A-18 sitting at Gary airport but I am not sure if it is for the show or something else.

The city's website is usually accurate. The F-18 is not a demo, but may fly by a few times. If there's one at Gary, then it's likely.
The military demo teams have tapered off considerably. Chi used to bring in the heavy metal consistently. I'm sure the F-35 will also do some fly bys.

If anyone is planning on going to Gary airport for the takeoffs and landings. The Gary Jet center moved their main hanger. It is now where the jet teams usually park. Which means that you will not be able to see the Thunderbirds when they are parked. I am not sure if they are going to charge you to park in the lot or not. Also the F/A18 that was there has left.

Here's my concern lol. The same people who run Chicago run milwaukee. Milwaukee has a history of posting acts that never show up LOL.

Looking forward to the show, especially after the Milwaukee rain out.. Going down on Friday for the practices and with the family Sat or Sun. Hopefully the F-35 will do a few high speed passes like a couple years ago.

I will be down on North Ave beach Friday and possible at Gary on Sunday.

I went to the Gary Airport today, they were setting up barricades and trying to prevent people from parking near the new Gary Jet Center hanger. I talked to one of the employees and they will be charging for parking there this weekend. I don't think it is worth it to pay $10, and have obstructed views. I didn't see any F/A-18 today, so I doubt it will be flying.

I will be at the Beach on Friday and possibly going to Terre Haute on Sunday.

F35 was nice. It was also need seeing 7 tbirds fly, although it went down to three. No f18, but i guess the a10 will he there sat
