Legacy Flight schedule can be found here. A whole lot of them, and a bunch of variations.

VFA-106 has cancelled all remaining 2019 demos effective immediately. I believe 106 was the only one flying the demo and 122 was flying Legacy Flights - can anyone confirm that? They say that Legacy Flights will continue.
For Immediate Release:

Remainder of 2019 VFA-106 TACDEMO schedule cancelled.

As the East Coast Super Hornet Fleet Replacement Squadron, the mission of VFA-106 is to provide the fleet with superbly trained replacement aircrew to support fleet readiness. This mission will always take priority over displaying the remarkable Super Hornet across the country. While unfortunate, the remainder of the TACDEMO schedule for 2019 has been cancelled. Our dedicated, volunteer, air crew and maintainers must focus their efforts on training the next generation of Super Hornet aviators and flight officers.

We appreciate all the support that you have shown us this year. We remain optimistic that we will return to the air show circuit in 2020.

VFA-122’s Tailhook Legacy Team will continue to fly the rest of their season schedule.

Rest of the TAC Demo shows have been canceled per their Facebook page - even Oceana as of now.

Pretty bummed out :(

Welp. I guess I now have some buyer's remorse with regards to that Toledo ticket. Oh well.

I was a little unclear on their wording but I got confirmation that this year 106 was the only full demo team and 122 was only doing Legacy Flights, so all demos for the year are done.

With Thunder Over Michigan dropping the P-8 for static last week due to a "reduction in Navy flying hours" I didn't think much of it. Guess it was a lot more severe than it seemed.

I wouldn't 100% say they're connected, but it wouldn't be the craziest thing.

Some other people are assuming they're planning a war with Iran, but that doesn't make sense given 106 is a training unit that wouldn't deploy. If it was a war situation we'd see the Air Force teams cancel instead.
