The Russian Knights are to take on four Su-35S Flanker-Es on the 7th November, according to various media reports. While first reported in March, it wasn't known how soon the transition would be made.

The article says that the team will continue to display the Su-30SM Flanker-H for the time being. The Russian Knights only made their display debut on the Su-30 in 2017 (see my video of the debut display below).

Russia's other main aerobatic team, the Swifts, is also going to upgrade jets soon, changing from the MiG-29 to the MiG-35 as soon as the latter is ready to enter service with the team.
