This is very interesting, because one tidbit that ICAS sent out to members was an article discussing how 'force majeure' clauses are basically untested in the US legal system. Everyone has them in their contracts, but apparently it's never really been litigated so they are expecting a flood of lawsuits in the courts which will test whether the clause is even valid.

This is a good example of some of the cascading business impacts to the industry that really worry me for the future.
