Let me know if anybody is attending and willing to buy some extra Demo Team patches. I will pay good money. I would also be interested in A-10 and F-22 caps. PM me if interested. Thanks.

Well, I'm about to buy my ticket buy it looks like 50% chance of Rain and winds 15-25 MPH. We're going to pass this year, even though I really looked forward to this. Is anyone else concerned about the weather for this event?

Tom
You can get an idea by looking up the TFR info. Tomorrow the TFR runs from 1700 UTC (noon local) to 2200 UTC (5pm local). The practice won't take up the entire time slot, and there may be big gaps in the middle, but all flying should fall within that window.

For Saturday and Sunday, the window is

Good luck!
Awesomw thanks!

Btw went to practice yesterday but due to severe weather they could not get a rescue diving team in the flight area and per FAA guidelines they could not allow rehearsals. The coast guard was allowed to do a very limited display, the C-17 did a shortened demo and the F-22 performed about 15 minutes of photo passes late in the afternoon. Wayne Boggs (Air Boss) told me this directly and also said that if conditions where similar today they might shut down some acts again.

Sorry just saw this. See my post above. Also show center/com post is confirmed just about where the "viewing from boat" page shows on their website, Beach access 17 near the north end of the park.

Saw the live stream of the show. Excellent work by Airshow Livestream.

Looks like the weather was nice. A-10, F-22, F-16 and F-35 gave excellent performances.

I saw plenty of flare photos floating around online! Awesome that those are becoming more frequent.

Sure wish I could have gotten on the demo team photo flight

Show was short but great. Started around 11:30am ended about 2:15pm. The A-10 and Viper demo added some nice little tweaks, popped some flares, some nice vapes and vortices too, it was awesome. If you have the chance and the weather holds up its worth going to.
