Show has been cancelled due to the low advanced ticket sales.

That’s a shame. Even with the Harrier Demo being tenative, that was a solid line up.

Intersting discussion on this one. Less than 200 tickets sold (but pretty far in advance)

I was planning on going to this show as it would only be about a 2 hour drive away. However, I was not going to buy my ticket until the week of the show. Just like the Wings Over North Georgia that is produced by the same promoter your ticket options are strict. For an average/somewhat local airshow that I am only going one of the two days, weather is the big issue. Obviously, I want to go on the best weather day. This promoter chooses to offer tickets that are only good for one day not either. Therefore, I wait until a day or two out so I can pick the best weather day. If done like many other shows where a ticket is good for one day or the other then I might buy it well ahead of time. In general the only airshows I buy well in advance are the large ones that I will be attending multiple days like Airventure or Thunder Over MI (who offer a buy one get one free that also makes it worthwhile to buy early). I know I'm not the only one that operates this way.
