I contacted the 171st and they said they hope to release more details later today. They are still talking with the 193rd to plan everything. I saw it just a few minutes after it got posted last night, and I'm going to remove the link in your post just because I think the people re-posting it on their Youtubes and pages (not you!) are trying to capitalize on the footage while hiding behind 'posting it to raise awareness'. I don't want to contribute to spreading it further because the more people see it, the more people will get ideas to do the same thing.
