This year you will really FEEL THE THUNDER Over Cedar Creek Lake as there are currently three active duty US Air Force demo teams scheduled to fly including a C-17, an A-10 “Warthog” and an F-16 Fighter Jet (provided the current Department of Defense Travel Ban is not extended past June 30 due to Covid -19).

Interesting, I thought I had heard that the military travel ban was already extended past June. Looks like a hell of an event!

Really. I just did a little google search a few minutes ago and one of the articles I found was this:

I did not see any articles indicating that the military ban is extended past June 30th.

It does! Planning is in full swing, but can you be more specific if the military aircraft that are participating are National Guard, Base the jet is from, or if its ACC (Air Combat Command) supporting the show. However, I just learned this, other events such as Rose City Air Fest & The Magnificent 7 were postponed Indefinitely as well as the CCVF Golf Tournament was postponed to October 10th. But, As mentioned it just looks like "Thunder Over Cedar Lake" might be the only event to happen around that time in July.

As the first live air show since the pandemic shutdown, Thunder over Cedar Creek Air Show is coming up in less than two weeks.

Looks like the folks who'll be watching the Thunder Over Cedar Lake Airshow next month are in for a real treat!

We're just ONE WEEK away from the Thunder Over Cedar Creek Lake (Livestream) where you'll see the new look F-16 Viper Demo Team along with the A-10C Thunderbolt II Demonstration Team U.S. Air Force F-35A Lightning II Demonstration Team RANDY W. BALL and so much more!
