2021 Air Show...Cleared For Take-Off!
The 2021 Cleveland National Air Show presented by Discount Drug Mart featuring the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will take place Labor Day weekend (Sept. 4, 5 & 6) at Burke Lakefront Airport. Planning and preparation have been proceeding for 2021 and special event approval has been granted by the City of Cleveland.
The Air Show is Cleveland’s Labor Day Weekend tradition with three days of aerial thrills. But the Air Show is more than just fancy flying--inside the gates fans can witness Shockwave Jet Truck race a plane down the runway, hear the incredible narration, and feel the heat from explosive pyrotechnics. Ground attractions also include interactive displays, kid-friendly activities, drones, and unique display aircraft.
The Air Show is a financially self-sufficient not-for-profit organization and ticket sales directly support event production costs for this Cleveland tradition. Tickets will be available only in advance, online at

The C-17 demo that'll be at Cleveland will be from the C-17 East Coast Demo Team based out of JB Charleston, South Carolina.

An F-15 Eagle from the Louisiana Air National Guard will provide a flyby on all three days of the show.
Get ready for Air Superiority in the CLE!!
For the first time since 2010, the F-15 Eagle will do a fly-by each day of the 2021 Air Show.
The F-15 Eagle is an all-weather, extremely maneuverable, tactical fighter designed to gain and maintain air supremacy over the battlefield. The Louisiana Air National Guard’s flying unit, the 159th Fighter Wing, nicknamed the "Bayou Militia” will fly the F-15 in Cleveland.
