So, in addition to our traditional announcer, Phil Dacy, as mentioned above, we were able to retain a majority of our performers that were to appear at what would have been our 2020 event.

So, just for fun, I figured I'd get the announcement train going with Rob Holland.

Of course, the F-22 Demo Team is implied...

We're in the process of working with some military aircraft to potentially make it to the show this year.

In addition, we are slowly beginning to work on our website as well. Our new header is attached below (or you could head to www.bcballoons.com). Our air show tab is slightly out of date and features last year's lineup. However, a few acts won't be returning for various reasons.

With that said, this is where our air show lineup presently stands (we haven't announced this any where else yet, but plan to soon)

-US Air Force F-22 Raptor Demo Team
-US Air Force Heritage Flight (F-22/TBD)
-Misty Blues All-Woman Skydiving Team
-Redline Airshows
-Rob Holland in the MXS
-Bill Stein in the Zivko Edge 540
-Patty Wagstaff in the Extra 300
-Bob Carlton in the Jet Super Salto Sailplane
-Nathan Hammond "GhostWriter" Super Chipmunk Aerobatics
-Nathan Hammond "GhostWriter" Skywriting
-Franklin's Flying Circus' Comedy Act featuring Kyle Franklin in the Piper Super Cub "Franklinstein"
-Patrick McAlee EXTREMEFLIGHT in the Pitts S2SS "Blue Demon"
-Mark Smith in the AFTERSHOCK JET TRUCK
-Announcer: Phil Dacy

We're still working on rounding out this lineup.

We're planning to have our Twilight & Night Air Show on the evening of Friday, July 2nd

Daily performances by both the Tim Dyson FMX Motorcycle Stunt Team & Ignacio "Rocketman" Valencia (The Human Cannonball) will also take place.

As we continue to work through and begin our meeting processes (which will start virtually), we'll continue to round out the schedule (which sits bare bones right now).

Looking forward to a great year, though. Let's hope things continue trending in the right direction.

We are pressing forward with planning our 2021 event to be held June 30th-July 4th in Battle Creek, MI.

We are presently planning to host with some COVID protocols in place and will change them as the health department continues to monitor the situation. We have had to postpone some of our activities due to social distancing requirements that will be anticipated.

However, our air show is pressing forward...full speed ahead. The lineup hasn't really changed but there are a few more things that could still be worked out. We have added Firewalkers International Pyro, however, to supply the Wall of Fire for the F-22 Demo plus a few more fun effects.

We have 37 Hot-Air Balloonists confirmed at this time to take part in the competition and our fun flights. We'll be having two Balloon Illumes presented by KALSEE Credit Union as well (June 30th & July 3rd)

We'll have two fireworks displays as well (July 1st & July 4th). The rain date for the July 1st show will be after the Night Air Show on July 2nd if we need to use it.

Speaking of Night Air Show, we're bringing back one of the largest Twilight & Night Air Shows once again! On July 2nd, our Twilight Show will take to the skies with some amazing flying (Twilight Schedule still being finalized but will feature some hardcore aerobatics). The Night Air Show will feature Nathan Hammond in the "GhostWriter" Super Chipmunk, the Misty Blues, Ken Rieder, Bob Carlton in the Jet Super Salto Sailplane and the AFTERSHOCK Jet Fire Truck.

We'll have three full days of air show action (Friday-Sunday) while also providing a unique "teaser" air show that we are dubbing "Air Show Warm Up" on Thursday, July 1st from 4 to 5:30 PM. This will feature skydiving, some unique aerobatics & skywriting.

We'll have Ignacio "Rocketman" Valencia performing daily as well. He'll also perform during our air shows if we can work the schedule out correctly. He is known as the "Human Cannonball" and will be launched from a cannon at speeds up to 55 mph.

Skerbeck Carnival will also be returning with some terrific rides. Tickets for the carnival are pending COVID protocols.

As always, we'll have terrific food vendors and specialty/arts & crafts vendors on site.

And last, but not least, we have announced our 2021 Field of Rock presented by FIREKEEPERS Casino Concert Series Lineup:
-June 30th: Sam Luna
-July 1st: TYPO
-July 2nd: The Rock Show - Journey Tribute
-July 3rd: Jake Kershaw
-July 4th: Ada LeAnn/Great Scott Band

We are hosting a national championship soccer match of the National Independent Soccer Association in Detroit at Keyworth Stadium. I am wondering if any performers were interested in a flyover opportunity during our anthem presentation (or halftime) on July 3rd. This match will be broadcast on BeIn Sports.
We have a semifinal match on June 30th where we could cross promote the Battle Creek Field of Flight if interested.
This is an initial inquiry, I still need to work out if even feasible, and what logistics are required.
My cell is 312-371-5852.
Thank you and good luck.
Kind regards,
Mike Squire
VP of Strategic Initiatives
National Independent Soccer Association.

Hi Mike,
We'll have someone reach out to you next week from our organization to see how feasible this could be.
