Had a fun weekend at the New York International Air Show at Orange County Airport. It became my alternative airshow trip following the cancellation of the NAS Oceana Airshow which was going to take place in September. Here's the highlights from the Saturday edition.

Stay tuned as I will be uploading my full length videos from Saturday and eventually Sunday.

Here's some naval aviation action from the F/A-18 Super Hornet Demo and Legacy Flight.

Now here's some USAF action from the F-22 Raptor Demo Team and USAF Thunderbirds.

Keep in mind that while I did film the B-25 Mitchell "Panchito" as well as the performances by Mike Wiskus and Kent Pietsch, there were parts of the videos that made them not worth uploading onto Youtube due to where I was standing on Saturday. Fortunately, I was in the photo pit on Sunday so my videos of "Panchito", Mike Wiskus and Kent Pietsch will be worth uploading.

In the mean time, enjoy my videos from Saturday and stay tuned for my videos from Sunday.

Sunday's show barely got off the ground. A low cloud ceiling prevented the parachute jumpers from opening the show. The jets out of Stewart were grounded until the ceiling lifted sufficiently enough for takeoff. The 2 demos and Thunderbirds were able to run modified performances. It was a vapor heavy day.
