New Bern Christmas Flotilla/Air Show 2021

I was surprised to see this air show take place last year, and it looks like it was recieved well by the city. I noticed this is a two-day event, so hopefully it will feature some more performances this time around.

My son Really wants to see a P51 Mustang in person... Anyone know if I can make this dream come true in close to NC somewhere ??

Oh man, I wish you had asked that a month ago. Warbirds Over Monroe just took place outside of Charlotte at the beginning of November. Always a few Mustangs there. Should happen again next year, but we’ve also got air shows in Sumter and Charleston, SC coming up in the spring. Hopefully, some Mustangs will be there.
While I’m here, posting a major update:
The Air show will be THIS WEEKEND Saturday only, November 27. Apparently, the date changed; I didn’t get the memo! Unfortunately, I am visiting family, so I won’t be able to make it.
