NEW THIS YEAR! Upgrade your experience to Thunder Over Michigan by purchasing tickets to the Thunder Deck!
Enjoy the festive atmosphere and entertainment while attending the Air Show. Bring the whole family and enjoy an outstanding, catered breakfast/linner (based on morning or afternoon show pass) and complimentary beverages (beer and non-alcoholic). Plus, access to non-public portable washrooms.
The THUNDER DECK includes raised platform view of the Show with seating and standing tables. The THUNDER DECK ticket does not include the Drive-Up Car Pass; this pass must be purchased separately.
You can find more details and purchase tickets by going to: https://yankeeairmuseum.org/airshow/thunder-deck/

The idea that people are profiting off the higher cost is unfair. The shutdowns of the last two years have been very difficult and their 80 year old airplanes fly regularly and therefore have high fuel, insurance and maintenance costs. This is also a museum building a new home. Don't take this collection for granted. Please consider that the money being spent to attend Thunder, one of North America's best air shows, goes to the museum. Support Aviation Museums! They aren't all in the same financial position.

Just over two months away from a terrific assortment of old and new at Willow Run and remember, the light during the morning show is about as good as you'll get at any air show. Very excited for this one!
Finding it hard to care about their increased costs when they think it's reasonable to charge a single person $400 for a day at an airshow.

A seating area needs to be added for the individuals who want to buy a single ticket for just themselves.

Yesterday I actually got an email from a second person who has a photo tour and pit ticket for Saturday that they can't use and it sounds like they might accept less than the $190 paid.

I still think the one I mentioned earlier is available also. I don't know what day it is for but I believe it includes the tour and maybe the night runs. He says he is just hoping to see it go to good use.

Let me know if you are interested in either and I can put you in touch!

Anyone know which Fw-190 is slated to attend? This schedule is the first time I have seen one mentioned.
