Kind of disappointing that it doesn't seem like they will be having the airshow this year, I was hoping to have an opportunity for my nephews to see some real jets for the first time at Martin State Airport.

https://www.facebook.com/mdfleetweek/po ... %2CO%2CP-RDid you know that Maryland Fleet Week & Flyover is also in Baltimore County? Martin State Airport and the Glenn L. Martin Maryland Aviation Museum will be hosting a two-day community open house and festival, 9/10-9/11. The weekend activities includes fun for families and exhibits that showcase Maryland’s rich aviation history.
The Martin State Airport open house and festival will also provide special opportunities for the public to see the flyover aircraft and aviators. The flyover participants will depart and arrive at Martin State Airport throughout the weekend. The best place to see the aircraft will be at the airport.

All I am aware of at this time concerning Martin State Airport is that two Super Hornets will base there. All other flyover aircraft are flying from their home base (like the Ospreys from MCAS New River).

Here are the latest updates I could muster.
First, from the Facebook page, "flyby aircraft will start at the Key Bridge, follow the river, over Locust Point then over Federal Hill". Federal Hill was my planned spot but they may over over my head per that description.
At Martin State, it looks like participating aircraft arrive Friday. No times given. Two F-18s, flying both days, rumored to be VFA-37 Raging Bulls, who will also, possibly, do the Saturday flyover for the Naval Academy football game. Four T-6 Texan IIs for static and departing Sunday. Four original T-6 Texans, flying both days. An Army H-60 (black and gold) which seems to arrive and depart daily at 0830 and 1630. Coast Guard SAR helo still pending.

This event was underwhelming, as expected and flying on Sunday was canceled due to weather. Here are a few photos from Martin State Airport and the Inner Harbor.
