Rhode Island looks good.

Harrier and Raptor are the best.

Don't mind no Blues/Tbirds.

The National Guard is no longer running the event, as a private company, AirDotShow, took it over.

While it used to be called the "Rhode Island National Guard Air Show and Open House," it's now known as the, "Ocean State Air Show."

However, National Guard members are still slated to perform.

Plus, admission is no longer free.

Instead, there are a variety of ticket options, from $24 for general admission, to $149 for a VIP experience.

I hope they do not change the set-up of the show.

One of the great things about Rhode Island airshow is their set-up with the big hot ramp on the left of show center. I love setting-up next to the hot ramp on the left.

I see they have "lawn boxes" as one of the ticket options.

Hope the Rhode Island Air National Guard sets-up the show as in the past at its regular location at the base.

Shows on military bases are always free. With the name change and amount they are charging for tickets, I strongly suspect the location of the show will be off military property this year.

I think you hit the nail on the head there Ryan! I was wondering why no showground "map" has been posted and time will tell. There have been a lot of changes to that area lately the bulk of being where the prior general admission parking was. I wonder if this show will be moved to a beachfront instead of the base entirely. It's a shame as this has been my backyard show for years and while excited another one will happen this company speaks for itself about prices and organization
