Portuguese Air Force unveils special liveried F-16

The special color Eurofighter Typhoon will attend NTM (NATO Tiger Meet) in Beja, Portugal. The Italian Air Force has just published some images of the Eurofighter Typhoon in special color scheme the service is sending to Beja, Portugal, where NTM 2021 will be held from May 2 to 14, 2021. NATO Tiger Meet is an annual, multinational, mid-size exercise attended by squadrons sporting Tiger (or feline) emblems....

Great new Heritage A-10 scheme...A U.S. Air Force A-10 Thunderbolt II from the Idaho Air National Guard’s 124th Fighter Wing is painted with a heritage WWII paint scheme at the Air National Guard paint facility in Sioux City, Iowa. The paint scheme is designed to replicate the look of the original P-47 Thunderbolt as it appeared during the 2nd World War. The 124th Fighter Wing conceived the idea in order to commemorate the unit’s 75th anniversary and lineage to their predecessor, the 405th Fighter Squadron.

The team stopped by Tinker Air Force Base on our way back from our first air show of the season to show some appreciation to all of the maintainers that work at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex who keep our jets running and in the sky.

The show was amazing and produced some of the most vapor we’ve ever seen. Huge thank you to all of the maintainers and we hope you enjoyed the show.
