Barnes Westfield Airshow 2017
Appears this show will be rockin' as well as The Thunderbirds and a F18 demo, an A10 demo (Indiana ANG 122nd Fighter Wing) with pyro has been added! See you there!

Barnes put on a great show (as always). I was there on Saturday.
Statics were excellent: 4 F-15's, 2 Indiana Blacksnakes A-10's, 2 Canadian Hornets, F-22 from Tyndall, 2 DC ANG F-16's. Also nice heavy lifter statics.
Two 104 FW F-15's flew. Very rare to see the F-15 (unless you live near Barnes). Blacksnakes A-10's also flew. Pyros were part of the show.
104 FW had one of the static F-15's as a load demonstration. Very nice.
Thunderbirds put on a great show.
F/A-18C did a nice demo. (Wilkes Barre got the Super Hornet; I was at Wilkes Barre on Sunday).
Only small negative was the the 2 F-15's that flew were on the other side of the field, so could not see the pilots strap into the jets.
Big thank you to all the Barnes airmen, volunteers and show organizers.
Announcer said the 104 FW F-15 that were on alert during the show were 10 miles away. I guess they were at Westover.
The Barnes/Westover airshow partnership proves that New England is Airshow Country.
