I’m putting this show on my schedule just out of desperate need for shows. Hopefully Tora gets signed on.

Very cool. You are most likely right that CAF Tora! Tora! Tora! may sign on for the show, however CAF Airpower canceled their tour a few weeks ago so B-29A Superfortress "FIFI" & B-24A Liberator "Diamond lil" are fairly obvious not participating in the show. But Collings foundation B-24 Liberator "Witchcraft" and Doc's Friends B-29A Superfortress "DOC" may schedule CAF Wing Over Dallas 2020 - WWII Airshow to replace CAF Airpowers B-29A and B-24A. Not to admit, but we're all desperate for an airshow. Keep tabs in case of a scenario where they set the airshow on delay or cancellation.

I wouldn’t count on Collings anything right now after last year.

Haven't any thoughts on what happen last year, but you are right I haven't heard from the foundation in a long while. Just simply there will be no B-24 participating in this year show. Possibly DOC's Friends Inc. but that's to be determined.

I wouldn't be so surprised if FiFi was in attendance as it is practically in her backyard anyway...last I remember Diamond Lil is still grounded waiting on landing gear parts to be machined...

CAF WING OVER DALLAS WWII AIRSHOW
After careful consideration and watching and waiting to see whether or not we would be able to put on CAF Wings Over Dallas this year, we have decided to cancel the show for 2020, and reschedule the event sometime in 2021. We would have loved to put on another memorable show this year, however, with the uncertainty surrounding the current situation in Texas, this decision is the only responsible solution. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We are looking forward to hosting you in the future, once the global health pandemic passes.

We will be sending out information and updates, as well as any announcement of future dates to those who have subscribed for updates at www.wingsoverdallas.org. The website will contain the most up to date information as we go through this process together.

Since so many aviation events have been cancelled the Commemorative Air Force has produced lots of presentations about the aircraft of the CAF and stories of our World War II veterans. We invite you to visit our website and/or follow the CAF on social media to learn about these programs. We’d like to thank each and every one of you for supporting the Commemorative Air Force through it all. If you’d like, you can donate to support our organization. We also invite you to explore some of the events and programs we have below.
Be sure visit the Commerative Air Force (CAF) site frequently on Airshows:
