Hi, I want to know how come some military and civilian demo teams doesn’t have an official narrator meaning the narrator is the airshow announcer but that other demo teams have a narrator?

I would imagine travel budget plays a part in that. You might have a civilian team of 4 to 6 pilots, they fly their own aircraft around to shows, but there's no money or space to fly "support" staff or narrators around the country. The big teams also want firm control over the presentation of their narration.
