Fun day today. Almost turned around on the drive several times, thinking there was no way the downpours I was driving through were going to let up, but glad I stuck with it. Turned out to be a nice day. I love small airport shows like this. No gimmicks, exclusive experiences or high-priced BS, just get people to the airport, give them a free airshow where they're close to the action and fly what shows up. Small venues like this remain the best places to see the A-10. Wish they could have gotten an aircraft for a Heritage Flight, but the show can't control pilot availability. The Skyraider, Cobra, Huey and warbird flight were all good. Vanguard was a new act for me and I wouldn't mind seeing them again.
