Is Connie still leaving on Friday then?

Also thought there was a C5, is that canceled?

Still broke. If you want to see it, you may want to go to Madison.
Just heard that Lewis is hoping to have the Connie here tomorrow (Thursday).
Lol, beat me to it. Are you at the presentation too?

Unfortunately, the 1944 Piper L-4H Grasshopper / Piper J-3C Cub Rosie the Rocketer (N426CF) had a last minute cancellation and is not at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2023.

At EAA AirVenture Oshkosh this summer, vintage aircraft owners will celebrate 90 years of general aviation powered by the very first horizontally opposed four-cylinder engine, the Continental A-40. If you fly behind a horizontally opposed engine today, it all started with the A-40.

EAA is continuing its repair and restoration work on its 1945 Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress Aluminum Overcast (N5017N) and is working closely with the FAA as the agency considers the best path forward to safely getting these treasured aircraft back in the air.

This past weekend, the Yankee Air Museum announced that its 1945 Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress Yankee Lady (N3193G) would be grounded “out of an abundance of caution” and is not expected to fly in 2023. That also means the aircraft will not appear at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2023 as previously announced. Those who had already booked flights on the aircraft during EAA AirVenture Oshkosh will be contacted directly by the Yankee Air Museum regarding refunds.

From the mouth of Rod Lewis himself, they're likely to leave Saturday instead.

Super Guppy is supposed to leave at 830 this morning

Also the F-22 is supposed to go up for a photo flight after the show today and burn off some gas on return so if you missed the Sunday low approaches you may get another chance!
