Cause they still can’t get the hangar door open…wish I wasn’t kidding.
I would treat all alleged appearances by that museum's aircraft with skepticism for the rest of the year.

Yankee Lady is stuck inside a hangar due to a malfunctioning door at their homebase.

I feel bad for them. Makes me wonder who is on the hook for the expense of replacing/repairing that door.

I do have some more Oshkosh-related questions for all of you.

I understand there's a shuttle bus that goes from Camp Scholler to the AirVenture grounds. What time does it start running and what time does the shuttle stop running each day?

On a similar note, how crowded do the bicycle parking areas get? My wife and I each have a beach cruiser and/or a 15-speed we may take with us; we're just trying to weigh all the options to get from A to B and one tip I was given was "Don't drive the car unless you have to go off the campground."

We may end up having to rent a fifth wheel rather than use tents since it sounds like there might be more than the two of us!

All the tram/shuttle info can be found on their site here: https://www.eaa.org/airventure/transportation
Bike parking gets full fast each day in the bike parking area. I always see tons of extra bikes chained to the ground's fences when that lot fills.

In an email, the CAF Minnesota Wing said they will bring their B-25, Miss Mitchell, and possibly their SNJ.

The CAF Indiana Wing is bringing their BT-13.

The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum is bringing their Avro Lancaster! https://www.warplane.com/events/air-shows.aspx
Lancaster removed from attending Oshkosh. :(
I talked to them about it and they said it wasn't fully confirmed yet and was accidentally added. Still a pretty good chance they will make the show though.
And now confirmed on their facebook page and back on the website as well!

Does that mean confirmed it’s not coming or that it is?

As of today 5/31, their website lists the Lancaster attending, as well as a separate post in the Oshkosh Facebook group backing it up.

In the "On The Fly" email from the Commemorative Air Force today, the CAF Warbird Webinar featuring features and attractions at Air Venture will be held on June 26th (The main link pictured has the incorrect date). This is just before the official EAA webinar about Air Venture which will be held on July 2nd.
