Going to be a busy year:

JB Andrews Air Show - JB Andrews, MD (Blues and TBirds)
Vectren Dayton Air Show - Dayton, OH (Hometown Show)
Thunder Over Michigan - Ypsilanti, MI (Corsairs!)
Cleveland National Air Show - Cleveland, OH (F-35 Demo)
Spirit of St. Louis Air Show & STEM Expo - Chesterfield, MO (Red Arrows)
NAS Lemoore Central Valley Air Show - NAS Lemoore, CA (Master Jet Base, Home of the F-35C)
Aviation Nation - Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, NV (One of my favorite shows after attending for the first time in 2017)

The farthest I will be traveling is to NAS Lemoore with Nellis being a fairly close second.

Well I was planning on going to 7 starting with Andrews this year, but I had a nasty fall that messed up my knee. Its looks like I may not be healed enough to walk around by then, which is a major bummer.

Unfortunately I think I’ll skip Andrews. Rather spend this weekend with my mom anyway. Looking at the following in the fall:

Sept 21-22: Oceana (maybe)
Sept 28-29: Robbins (maybe)
Oct 12-13: Atlanta Speedway (probably)
Nov 2-3: Moody (maybe)

One thing I really don’t like about the NC/SC air shows...they all happen around the same time of the year. It gets way too busy in late April/early May, and then nothing for the rest of the year.

Been wanting to post for awhile, forgot my password and just now reset it!

May 4 & 5 - Planes of Fame (Chino, CA)
May 18 & 19 - Hangar 24 Airfest (Redlands, CA)
August 3 & 4 - Thunder Over Michigan (Ypsilanti, MI)
September 11-15 - Reno Air Races (Reno, NV)
September 28 & 29 - Miramar (San Diego, CA)
October 5 & 6 - The Great Pacific Airshow (Huntington Beach, CA)

Chino was great! Looking forward to another great year of airshows. First time to Thunder, 20th time to Reno! 8-)

So far it's just Aero-Gatineau 2019 for me, August 13th for the Red Arrows and Sept 6-8. Does that count as one or two? 8-)

I live close to CYUL so I go spotting often, and with events like the Formula One earlier this month, which had a CF-18 flyover, I get free airshows in my backyard if I pay attention
