Hello!
We've announced our new traffic and parking plan for the air show scheduled for September 11-12, 2021 at Pease Air National Guard Base in Newington, NH. We're worked very hard to provide a smooth parking experience for attendees.
Please see below for the new parking plan.
Developed by a national leading company in event traffic and parking, the show traffic and parking plan calls for the following:
1. All vehicles parking at the show will be required to obtain a free or paid parking pass online in advance at https://thunderovernewhampshire.com/parking
2. Because there is a limited capacity for parking and traffic ingress/egress, once all parking passes have been reserved, no additional parking will be available.
3. Parking passes will not be available for purchase at the gate. Those vehicles arriving without a parking pass will not be admitted.
4. There will be handicap parking available in each of the lots. All lots are hard surface. Handicap parking will be the closest spaces to the air show entrance of the spaces in each lot. Handicap placard or plates are required to park in handicap spaces. An advance air show parking pass is also required for handicap parking (please note that there are not handicap passes separate from the other parking passes).
5. Walk-ins, Ubers and taxis are not permitted due to safety issues of mixing vehicle and pedestrian traffic and because they slow down the ingress and egress of other vehicles.
6. Maps and directions are available at www.ThunderOverNewHampshire.com.
We can't wait to see you at the show!
PARKING UPDATE: Those guests looking to reserve free parking passes should do that soon. Saturday free parking passes are all reserved and Sunday free parking is 84% reserved and will likely be expended in the next few days. There are also a limited number of premium and reserved parking for sale all at https://thunderovernewhampshire.com/tickets-new/ All vehicles arriving at the show must reserve parking in advance. There will be no parking passes sold at the gate.
The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds will headline at Pease Air National Guard Base September 11-12.
Now for the good news! We are announcing today that the show will have two F-35 Lightning II's from the Vermont Air National Guard flying in formation, doing high-speed passes, and taking off and landing from Pease!
TICKET ALERT WE! Saturday parking is now 97% Sold out and we anticipate all Saturday parking passes to be gone on the next few hours. All vehicles require parking passes to attend. We encourage guests to consider reserving a parking pass for Sunday if possible, where there is a little more availability.
The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds return to New Hampshire for the first time in ten years at the Thunder Over New Hampshire Air Show Sept. 11-12 at Pease Air National Guard Base. Parking passes are required for admission to the show and must be reserved in advance at https://thunderovernewhampshire.com/tickets-new/ No parking passes will be available at the gate. All lots are sold out except for the South Ramp Reserved (Red) Lot.
