Considering the F-86 and Wee Willy will both be in NorCal the same weekend, will Bum Steer be doing the Heritage Flight?! Never been to a show to see Bum Steer yet, that would be awesome!

It seems like in an effort to give some diversity to the West Coast HF's and LF's, Huntington's LF will be Super Hornets and the Blue Angel Bearcat.

I'm still unsure what the HF will consist of. I'm thinking at least Bum Steer (again, a plane we never see in CA), but there's more than likely one more to complete the 4-ship.

Do the aircraft stage out of LGB or Los Alamitos? (I would be surprised if it was SNA)

It's currently split between KSLI and KSNA. Military at KSLI, Civilian & Warbird at KSNA.

KSLI:
Thunderbirds
Snowbirds
Red Arrows
F-35 Demo
A-10 Demo
F/A-18E Legacy Demo
C-17 from Altus (not sure if it's a full demo or not)
KC-135 (for mock refuel with the C-17)
A400M, actually flying in the show!
C-17 from McGuire might be there for Thunderbird support, but not flying in the show

KSNA:
Yak-110
Red Bull BO-105
Kirby Chambliss
Mike Wiskus
Ace Maker III - Greg Colyer
C-47 Willa Dean
P-51D Wee Willy II -Heritage Flight (was hoping for a more special Heritage Flight, but is what it is)
F8F-2 Blue Angels - Legacy Flight

FedEx 757 will be stationed offsite I assume or KSNA

I think that's' it? Gonna be an incredible show...

Confirmed it's a C-17 demo, C-17/KC-135 mock refuel, and looks like a mini KC-135 demo as well 8-)

Without having a schedule posted, it seemed as if the show went something like...

Opening Cermonies
Ace Maker III
**A400M (It flew early in the show, not sure when exactly)
C-17 & KC-135 (C-17 Demo, Mock refuel, KC-135 Demo in that order)
**Legacy Flight..? (I saw the Bearcat flew on Flightaware, but not sure where it was in the schedule)
Mike Wiskus
Snowbirds
JetPack
A-10 Demo
F-35 Demo
Heritage Flight (A-10, F-35, P-51D)
Willa Dean
Para Commandos
Thunderbirds
Yak-110
Red Bull Air Force (Kirby, Heli, Jumpers)
Red Arrows

Never saw anything about the FedEx 757, maybe tomorrow and Sunday only or I'm just missing something.... :D

Hey all, first time poster here, though I'd share some of my photos from the show. All were taken with a Nikon D3400 with a 70-300 lens. It was easily one of the most spectacular airshows I've ever been to. The lighting wasn't great, and the wind was blowing in so there was almost always smoke between the aircraft and myself. For my first time shooting a major airshow with a real camera, I don't think it turned out too bad.

...and bringing the heat

One of the shots I'm most proud of, managed to capture the four ship cross just about perfectly timing wise

Heritage flight with the gorgeous new scheme on the A-10, P-51D, and F-35

I managed to catch the first sneak pass not only in frame and in focus, but without alerting my friend who had never experienced it before.

A truly unique formation

Absolutely worth the two six hour drives in 30 hours to see this show.
